UX Designer

Designed the Audi USA site redesign and vehicle configurator — an FWA Award winning, Cannes Gold Lion experience that drove a 227% increase in car configurations and 675% increase in myAudi interactions.

Led myAudi mobile platform: a connected vehicle ownership experience for Audi drivers globally. The work spanned brand storytelling, e-commerce UX, and post-purchase digital ownership — a full lifecycle of the customer relationship.


Challenge

Luxury meets digital commerce.

Audi’s digital presence needed to match the precision and emotional resonance of the physical brand. The configurator had to transform an overwhelming matrix of models, trims, colors, packages, and options into a focused, inspiring purchase journey — one that felt less like a form and more like designing your own vehicle.

myAudi extended the relationship beyond the sale: connected services, maintenance scheduling, driving data, and community — turning a transaction into an ongoing digital relationship.
